Wednesday 20th Nov Hi, Michelle here. I am currently fundraising for the Irish Heart Foundation. This is a charity close to my own heart as you may know my beloved Dad passed away around this time 5 years ago from heart failure. The rate of heart attacks rises significantly over the Festive Period & The Irish heart Foundation does great work raising awareness of risk factors as well as supporting those affected by Heart Disease & Stroke.Thank you to my Sponsors
