100km for Stroke support
Friday 30th JanThis February, I will be walking/running 100km to raise money for a charity that’s close to my heart.
As a stroke survivor, I’ve seen first-hand how important support and research are for recovery and long-term wellbeing. I’ve had a lot of support along the way, and this challenge is a small way of saying thank you to the people and services that helped me get here.
This walk/run is my way of giving back — and of marking how far I’ve come.
