Sunday 29th Jun 29 days in, 100kms walked over the month of June, all in aid of the Irish Heart Foundation ❤️ Harvey and I would like to thank all who has donated to such a wonderful charity. The Irish Heart Foundation not only looks after people who suffer with heart issues but also for people who have had a stroke. Their care, support and valued information helped me in so many ways after my stroke and I’ll be forever grateful for their help along my recovery ❤️ Share
