Supporting the Irish Heart Foundation - Run 100 challenge
I am taking part in RUN 100, by running 100 miles in Feburary, to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation and I’d love your support to help protect hearts in Ireland.
Heart disease and stroke affect thousands of families across Ireland every year. Behind every statistic is a person — a parent, a grandparent, a sibling, a friend. That’s why I’ve decided to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation.
This cause is close to my heart. Like so many people, I’ve seen how heart-related illnesses can impact families and the great work being done by the Irish Heart Foundation in providing life-saving research, prevention programmes, patient support services, and vital education that helps people recognise the signs of heart attack and stroke. Their work truly makes a difference.
By supporting this fundraiser, we are helping to:
- Fund critical research into heart disease and stroke
- Provide support and information to patients and families
- Deliver CPR training and heart health education in communities
- Advocate for better heart care services across Ireland
I’m taking on this challenge to support this great cause, with greater awareness we can reduce the impact of heart disease and stroke in Ireland.
I would be incredibly grateful for your support — whether that’s through a donation, a message of encouragement, or by sharing this page with others.
Thank you for helping me support such an important cause.
