Handy walk
Tuesday 8th Sep Hurt the knee yesterday jogging so toned it back today to a handy walk with tyson the mad dog. 4km in the bank lovely afternoon for a stroll. Share

Monday 7th Sep Lovely walk/jog this morning to cashen. Struggling with the running at the moment but ill get there. Hard with these old knees on the tarmac. Thanks to everyone for the great support so far. Lovely amount of money raised for a great cause..xx Share

Tuesday 1st Sep I had a stroke at Christmas and the service and continued support of the Irish heart foundation is amazing. Its great to be able tkodo this to give something back.
