Help Protect Hearts in Ireland
I am taking part in 12 Dips in December to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation in honour of my brother Paddy who passed away in September 2023 of sudden cardiac arrest. Any support is appreciated for an amazing cause❤️
The Irish Heart Foundation’s mission is to eliminate preventable death and disability from heart disease and stroke and to support and care for those living with these life-changing conditions.
Your donation will make a real difference to people and families affected by heart disease and stroke.

Thursday 12th Dec 12 swims done today absolutely delighted to have 12 done on the 12th day of Christmas. A Huge Thanks to Noel and Corrina who joined me throughout the 12 days.
