Big thanks for the support ...
3 weeks done now 1 to go amd 10km to reach ...hope to do a little more than that.
Nearly at my 1500 sponsor  target keep it going...

For the last week I would like all to share the heart foundation page to create awareness.... get checked out it's very simple ...see doctor if thinking you have signs of heart probs ...private can be done very quickly 550e ...but worth it...also results to doctor within the week peace n mind ,  and take it from there , and maybe blood tests as follow up...your health is your wealth....don't be the wealthy person.in.graveyard ...get checked out ,it's easier than you think...kind regrds Paul

6 days in and 15km done .

Only able to walk every 2nd day because of hips pain...but getting threw it 100%   long way to go  ....

Walking a hour hard start but worth it...
Over 9km ...good start...upwards and onwards ..

Joined up with the Irish heart foundation to support there walk 60 in September fundraiser.
I'm walking 60km in the month of September for the hearts that can't ❤and 
In memory of loved ones ❤️ , hoping to complete the task over the 4 weeks September by walking as much as i can to reach the goal 60km..Will be updating the link with progress of distances walked each time and on social media .

  A donation no matter big r small will help save lives from heart disease and stroke 🙏
