Thanks for your  support and raising awareness for the hearts foundation..

6 days in and 15km done .

Only able to walk every 2nd day because of hips pain...but getting threw it 100%   long way to go  ....

I've 
Joined up with the Irish heart foundation to support there walk 60 in September fundraiser.
I'm walking 60km in the month of September for the hearts that can't ❤and 
In memory of loved ones ❤️ , hoping to complete the task over the 4 weeks September by walking as much as i can to reach the goal 60km..Will be updating the link with progress of distances walked each time and on social media .

  A donation no matter big r small will help save lives from heart disease and stroke 🙏
