I am taking part in RUN 100 to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation and I’d love your support to help protect hearts in Ireland. ❤️

Monday 23rd Feb
I completed the 100 km challenge by walking the last 1km with my wife Aleli and and our pet dog Hercules. Thank you everyone once again for your generous support. Iam able to raise 607 euros. The money that was raise will greatly help those who are affected by cardiovascular diseases and stroke. This is the advocacy that IHF carried for a long time. Iam working in a setting that both primary and secondary prevention applied. Collaborate with colleagues who guide patients affected with cardiovascular diseases and stroke. The medal that I will get from this challenge is special for me. I am doing this for the hearts that cant run or walk. For now Iam lucky to be able to do this and it is my legacy to be proud of. I encourage everyone to participate in any campaign that can contribute for a greater good. I am a believer and have some favorite bible passages that I would like to share with you. Both from St Paul while he is spreading christianity. 1 Corinthians 13 Three remain Faith,Hope and Love the greatest is Love Roman 14:8 If we live we live for the Lord,and if we die we die for the Lord. So whether we live or die ,we belong to the Lord

Early morning jog before work. Went to UCD campus and RTE news centre. Covered 5.8 km. Total now of 91 km need more 9 km to complete the 100 km challenge distance. Stay safe everyone and thank you for supporting IHF.

An additional 33 km yesterday is not valid. I cycled to work and recorded the journey. My support apps is my garmin watch link to IHF. If I recorded an activity it will become visible. I still have 14 km to complete my run challenge. Thank you everyone.

Total run distance in min and km correction

I am correcring the distance I covered. The total distance is 47.5 km on my watch using a gps ( garmin) but I ran two times indoor on a threadmill and there is a difference between recording using both . Garmin is less 2 something kms. At present I covered 50 km. On Feb 2nd I ran outdoor and covered 10.47 km but I set on my watch as cycling activity. I am correcting that so I tried to repost it manually the whole running activities and it appear all was added to the distance covered it is not 98 km only 50 km at this time. I will ask to correct it back with IHF.
