For the hearts that Can't ❤️
I am taking part in 60 in September to raise funds for the Irish heart foundation in memory of my amazing mam ❤️
Mammy was the heart of our family. Her love was something we could always depend on, and her presence made our house feel like home. Losing her has left a space in our lives that nobody could ever fill.
Although mam is no longer here beside us, she will always be a part of everything we are. She lives on in our memories, in the stories we tell, in the laughter she gave us, and in the love she poured into our family. We will continue to speak her name, remember her, and keep her close to our hearts every single day.
The Irish Heart Foundation is a charity that is incredibly close to our family’s hearts, and raising funds in mam’s memory is something that means so much to all of us.
We wanted to take something so heartbreaking losing someone we loved more than words can ever express and try to turn it into something positive in her name. If the money we raise can help support the incredible work of the Irish Heart Foundation, raise awareness, support research, or help another family keep their loved one for longer, then we will know that mam’s memory is helping to make a difference.Because although we cannot change what happened to our mam, we can honour her life. We can remember the love she gave us. And we can try to help others in her name.To everyone who donates, shares my fundraiser, leaves a kind message, thinks of our mam, or simply takes the time to read my page

Forever in our hearts ❤️
Thursday 27th Aug This is a charity that holds a very special place in our hearts and in the hearts of our family.Our family knows all too well how suddenly and painfully life can change.
We sadly lost our beloved mother at a very young age. She wasn’t only an incredible mother she was a cherished wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, and someone who meant the absolute world to so many people.
Losing her left a space in our lives that can never be filled. While we continue to carry her memory with us every day, we wanted to do something positive in her honour and create a lasting remembrance of the beautiful person she was.
By fundraising for the Irish Heart Foundation, we hope to help support the vital work they do in raising awareness, preventing heart disease and stroke, supporting families, and ultimately helping save lives.
Any donation, no matter how big or small, would mean so much . If you’re unable to donate, simply sharing this fundraiser would also be greatly appreciated.
