Last swim of year.-3°C air temp with frost, I think that the water ws warmer.

At least it's not raining here as it usually is.Freezing out more than in but 29 swims completed Dec25.

The sea not as cold as the lake.

In Castlegregory for a few days. Village beach has great facilities , parking, toilets and showers but they were closed today.

27th Dec ,27 Dips done.The water freezing in Loughrea ,Co.Galway

The freezing nights are making the water colder but the air with an easterly wind makes it feel even colder. They say that it's good for you !

Everyone is saying the same thing ,HAVE A HEART CHECK.
