I am taking part in RUN 100 to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation and I’d love your support to help protect hearts in Ireland. ❤️

I ran the final five k today bringing the total to 100!! See the image below to see how it went ❤️

95% of the running done!

Thursday 27th Feb
Nearly there! Only 5k left to run, leaving that for the 28th 😁

That makes it 50km!

Thursday 13th Feb

40% run!

Tuesday 11th Feb
I’m now 40% of the way through the running! 60km left

1/4 of the way!!

Friday 7th Feb
Yesterday I ran 5km bringing me to a total of 25km. So I am one quarter of the way through the running distance!!

2nd 10km done

Tuesday 4th Feb
Yesterday I took advantage of having the bank holiday Monday off work to get in another 10km run. It wasn’t my fastest but it’s another 10km crossed off the goal!

First run done

Saturday 1st Feb
So, to kick start off the run 100, I took myself off for a 10km run. I managed to do it in just under 49 minutes, which I am delighted with! Looking forward to my next 10km in a couple days!!
