Tuesday 3rd NovDecember is almost here, and this month, I’m braving 12 cold dips for the Irish Heart Foundation, in loving memory of my dad.
In February of this year, my dad suffered a sudden heart attack and passed away. He was only 61. It completely turned our world upside down, and there isn't a day that goes by where he isn't missed.
I’m taking on 12 Dips in December to honor his memory and raise vital funds for heart health awareness, research, and support services across Ireland. I'm braving the cold for all the hearts that can't.
If you are in a position to donate even a small amount, it would mean the absolute world to me and could help prevent another family from going through this heartbreak. Every single euro goes directly to the Irish Heart Foundation.
