The Irish Heart Foundation’s mission is to eliminate preventable death and disability from heart disease and stroke and to support and care for those living with these life-changing conditions.

Your donation will make a real difference to people and families affected by heart disease and stroke.

Back to beautiful Rathmaiden this morning for 2.5 degree dip🥶 in honour of our Slane dipper Deirdre. 

The 12 dips was Deirdre’s idea and she’s always full of great info and dipping ideas for the Slane Dippers. 👏😘Sending big love and get well wishes to you Deirdre. See you out for a dip when you are better . 💖
