Help Protect Hearts in Ireland

I am taking part in 12 Dips in December to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation and I’d love your support to help protect hearts in Ireland. ❤️

The Irish Heart Foundation’s mission is to eliminate preventable death and disability from heart disease and stroke and to support and care for those living with these life-changing conditions.

Your donation will make a real difference to people and families affected by heart disease and stroke.

10 of 12 - 18th December Dip Dip Boom!

Friday 19th Dec

Refreshing #10 - Some great banter and we made it in and out before the crack of lightning and a torrential downpour. Fantastic to be reconnected with fella’s that I’ve not seen for a couple of years. A chance to Reflect on how Busy lives can sweep us away.

Wednesday 17th Dec
Dipping in the Dark - A great feeling to be bobbing about amongst the waves and light beams. Cold getting back in after a few days of no dips but fantastic buzz coming out of water

Sunday 7th Dec

A high high tide and a gap in the rain made Ellen's Rock slip the perfect destination for a Sat Evening dip. Surprisingly warm!

Sunday 7th Dec

What an evening, What an experience. Rough sea dipping was accompanied by the warm and cosy Badger Sauna. Whilst the rough sea battered the West Cork coast the sauna offered a chance for the chaps to chat. A chance for the Hearty Hulks to reflect on how #irishheartfoundation touches us all.

3 of 12 - 3rd December Dip in the Dark

2 of 12 - 2nd December ☀️ Perfect conditions

Tuesday 2nd Dec
Warm sun helped steady the nerves as we stepped into the cold water. Only a short dip but felt brilliant afterwards. Great company and chats afterwards.
