Day 27🎊🎊🎊🎊💖

Friday 27th Feb
One day left.
And I’ve already completed 160 km. 🏃‍♂️❤️
It’s not about records.
It’s about willpower, pain, the quiet in your mind, and a heart that says “I can’t,” yet you keep moving forward.
Anything is possible when you have a goal.
Every kilometer was not just for me — it was for kindness, for people, for hope.
One more day left to contribute and show that the heart can be stronger than fatigue.
Let’s support Irish Heart Foundation together and prove that small steps create big miracles.
I ran 160 km.
And you can do one good deed today. 💚

Day 26 💔❤️‍🩹❤️💖

Thursday 26th Feb
Two days left. Just 48 hours to make every step count. 🏃‍♂️❤️
I’m running not just for distance, but for every heartbeat that needs care, hope, and strength.
If you’ve been thinking about donating, this is the moment.
Your support to the Irish Heart Foundation can help save lives, support families, and give someone a second chance to keep their heart beating strong.
Let’s finish this run together.
Every kilometre, every euro, every share matters.
Only 2 days left. 💚

Day 25💚

Wednesday 25th Feb
146 km already in my legs… and in my heart ❤️
Not much left to reach the 160 km goal. Every step, every drop of sweat – not just for me. I run with thoughts of kindness, of those who need support, of hope that grows from small but sincere donations.
Thanks to you, €177 out of €300 has already been raised 🙏
These are not just numbers – this is your belief, your support, and the warmth that pushes me forward even when my legs feel tired.
Yesterday was hard… but today I feel even stronger. Because I know – I am not running alone.
Every bit of your support becomes another kilometre on my journey.
Just a little more to go. Let’s finish this together.
I keep running – from the heart. 💛

Day 24,, 🏃💚

Tuesday 24th Feb
don’t run to escape life…
I run to catch up with it.
Today every step felt like a quiet promise — to myself, to you, and to the kindness that sometimes sleeps inside our hearts. When my body got tired, I realised something: the body gets tired, but the will does not. The will is a small flame that keeps burning in the rain, in the silence, even when no one is clapping.
Above me, the moon was still watching — a silent reminder that even in darkness, we can move toward the light. And in my heart there was only one thought: if I can run one more kilometre, I can also be one more act of goodness in this world.
Spring is close.
And with it — warmth, forgiveness, and a new beginning.
So if today feels heavy, don’t give up.
Your one small step tomorrow might become someone else’s miracle. 🌱🏃‍♂️💚

Day 23💪 😎 ❤️

Monday 23rd Feb
Kindness and endurance.
Two of the quietest, yet strongest forces within us.
When you run – you build endurance.
When you don’t quit – you build character.
When you run with purpose – kindness is born.
Final week. Time to wake up.
Not only your body, but your heart.
Every kilometre is a step closer to a better version of yourself.
There will be moments you want to stop.
But remember – endurance grows where it’s hard,
and kindness grows when you give more than you have to.
Wake up earlier. Step into the silent morning.
Let your run inspire someone else.
Kindness. Endurance. Faith.
Final week – show yourself how strong you really are. 💚🏃‍♂️

Day 22 new record 15km💖 👌

Sunday 22nd Feb
Today I reached my personal record.
The app stopped at 14.17 km… but I know the truth – I ran the full 15 km. I didn’t run for numbers, I ran for a purpose, for faith, and for the people who believe in me.
Every step was powered by your support. Every donation is not just a number – it is a heart pushing me forward when I feel tired. And I promise you this: kindness never disappears. It always comes back. Sometimes quietly, sometimes unexpectedly, but always multiplied.
I truly believe your support will be valued and will return to you three times more – in health, peace, strength, and joy in life. Because when we give from the heart, the world always gives back.
Thank you for being with me. This record is not only mine. It belongs to all of us. 🏃‍♂️💛

Day 21💖

Saturday 21st Feb
One week left — not just a measure of time, but a promise to myself and to those this run is for.
Every step through Killiney Hill Park is a small sacrifice that turns into something bigger than me. The body gets tired, but the heart grows stronger.
A few more runs, a few more mornings, and the finish line will mean more than distance — it will mean purpose. 🏃‍♂️💚🙏

Day 20💖 💖 💖

Friday 20th Feb
Rain. Empty streets. Early morning, when the city still sleeps and the real battle happens inside you.
I chose to move forward. Despite the cold, the drizzle, and the doubts in my mind — step by step, breath by breath.
Running in the rain reminds me: life will never be perfect, but you can be strong in any condition. When you run through the rain, you wash away not only fatigue, but also yesterday’s thoughts. Only you, the road, and the goal ahead remain.
Today’s victory is not about speed or kilometers. The victory is that I went out. That I didn’t stop. That I chose discipline over excuses.
Let every raindrop be a reminder: if you can move forward in weather like this, you can overcome any challenge life brings. 💪🌧️🏃‍♂️

Day 19👋 💖

Thursday 19th Feb
Nice day 😁 👌

Day 18 💦 🫠💖

Wednesday 18th Feb
Strong wind, heavy rain… but I still finished my run. Today wasn’t easy, but discipline is stronger than the weather.💚

Day 17 💚💛 💚 👍

Tuesday 17th Feb
Running is my time with myself. 🏃‍♂️
Every kilometre clears my mind, strengthens my heart, and reminds me: I can do more than I think.
And every step I take is not only for me – it’s also to support a good cause and help others. ❤️🙏
Slow or fast – what matters most is moving forward, together. 💪

Day 14 🌹 ❤️

Saturday 14th Feb
Happy Valentine’s Day to everyone! ❤️
May love touch every heart today – even the one that is quietly waiting.
Let us love, forgive, and embrace… because love heals more than words.

Day 13 💛💚❤️👍

Friday 13th Feb
💦 Wet shirt, wet hair, I’m soaked from sweat… and still in the mirror it looks like I’ve already won the day 😏

12 day 💦💦💦

Thursday 12th Feb
“I’ve started my challenge with the Irish Heart Foundation this month. I run at 5am every morning — but I’m never alone. I run with my heart, and with all my heart warriors beside me 💖.”

Day 11💪🩵

Wednesday 11th Feb
I’m running 160 km for the Irish Heart Foundation.
Not just for fitness — but for life, for families, for every heartbeat that matters.
If you can, please support this cause. Together we run for hope 💚

Day 10 💪💖

Tuesday 10th Feb
Good morning 😄
Quick update: donated a little blood this morning —
feels lighter to run now 🩸🏃‍♂️
Lesson learned:
running is easier when you remember tissues…
I didn’t ☕🙃
But hey — we don’t stop.
We keep going.
Because if the heart keeps beating 🫀
so do we ❤️
Have a good morning everyone ✨

Day 9 👋😀

Monday 9th Feb
Good morning! Wishing you a beautiful start to the week, filled with love, peace, and positive energy. May your heart feel light and your days be guided by kindness and warmth.💛✨

Day 8 💪💛

Sunday 8th Feb
Today completed another 10km💚

Day 7 💪💚

Saturday 7th Feb
Running has become part of my new chapter in life. Proud to support Irish Heart Foundation 💚

Day 6🙏❤️💙🌬️☔

Friday 6th Feb
Day 6 of running — no matter the weather.
Bad weather won’t stop me, because the goal is stronger 🌧️🏃‍♂️💚

Day 5💪❤️

Thursday 5th Feb
I chose the Irish Heart Foundation because I realised that even small steps can contribute to a very big goal. I am not a runner, so this challenge means a lot to me.
Through my job, I attended a first aid course, and it became clear how important it is to know what to do in the event of a heart attack. It could be a loved one, a neighbour, or anyone around us.
I believe everyone should have this knowledge, because together we can save a life ❤️

Day 5 💪💙

Wednesday 4th Feb
Everything starts with a single step.
Today I’m not running for speed — I’m running from the heart ❤️
Thank you to everyone who supports me. Let’s keep moving 💪

Day 3 – 5 km done 💪💙

Tuesday 3rd Feb
Some days are harder, but the heart keeps going 🙏💙

Second day running 😉👌
