Brrrr-illiant for the heart
Right, so me and Max have decided to freeze ourselves 12 times this December for the Irish Heart Foundation because apparently, we enjoy suffering 😅. It’s called the 12 Dips of December, and it’s as stupid (and cold) as it sounds.
We’re doin’ it to raise money for heart health and to give a shout to mental health too 💙 getting out, having a laugh, and doing something good for the head (even if our bodies completely disagree).
