Run 100 for John O’Shea

We are taking part in RUN 100 to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation in loving memory of our dad and husband, John O’Shea, who passed away on the 27th of September 2023. 

John was the heart of our family. 

Life has not been the same without him, and he is missed every moment of every day.

We’re doing this in his honour, and to help protect other families from the heartbreak of heart disease.

The Irish Heart Foundation’s mission is to eliminate preventable death and disability from heart disease and stroke, and to support and care for those living with these life-changing conditions.
