Help Protect Hearts in Ireland

I am taking part in Walk 100km with your Dog in June Challenge to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation and I’d love your support to help protect hearts in Ireland. ❤️

The Irish Heart Foundation’s mission is to eliminate preventable death and disability from heart disease and stroke and to support and care for those living with these life-changing conditions.

Your donation will make a real difference to people and families affected by heart disease and stroke.

Sunday 1st Jun

Hi everyone!

This June, I’ve decided to take part in the Irish Heart Foundation’s 100km Challenge and I’ll be doing it with my dog, Marlo :)

I chose to take on this challenge because it’s something really close to my heart (quite literally). I was born with a heart condition and had multiple operations as a baby and throughout my childhood. Growing up with that kind of experience made me very aware of how important it is to take care of both my physical and mental health.

Going on long walks and hikes has always been something that helps me feel better, especially when I’m feeling a bit low or overwhelmed. Being out in the fresh air helps clear my head and gives me the space to reset and think more positively.

Taking on this challenge is my way of doing something positive for myself while also supporting a great cause. The Irish Heart Foundation does amazing work, and I’m proud to be part of something that raises awareness and funds for heart health.

Thanks for following along! I cannot wait for this challenge and wish me (and Marlo!) luck as we take on 100km this June!

Thank you to my Sponsors
