Monday 18th Nov Hi everyone, I'm back again doing these freezing 12 dips in december for the irish heart foundation. This cause and foundation are very deeply rooter in my heart. In 2020, my grandad passed of a heart attack very suddenly. I didnt even get to say goodbye. Ever since then, ive decided that no one else should be affected like this by stroke or heart attack, which is why ive decided to return to this cause.
