Hi everyone 👋 Today I completed Dip 4/12 at Hollywood Lake 🥶❄️ The water was freezing, but the vibes were great! Paddy came along with me .. he’s a top Man , a close friend, and someone who does a huge amount of voluntary work in our local area 🙌 Fair play to him. Today was an ice bath. Tough on the body, stronger on the mind. Learning to control the breath, stay calm, and push through discomfort. One step deeper into the journey …on to the next dip ❤️I am doing it for the hearts that can’t ❤️

Dip 1 of 12 ✅ Yesterday, I did my very first dip at the Forty Foot in Sandycove. An iconic place to start this journey. The cold was a shock, but it felt powerful . like the beginning of something bigger.
