Hi I'm Aidan Humphries I'm a 16 year old boy from Tipperary who's taking part in the 60 in September fundraiser for the Irish heart foundation.
A few years back my dad had a heart valve replacement which saved his life and he will need a minimum of two more in his lifetime.
So I've decided to give back using my passion for running to help those also I'm my father's situation.
