Walking for the Hearts that Can't

I am taking part in 10,000 steps a Day in September to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation and I’d love your support to help protect hearts in Ireland. ❤️

The Irish Heart Foundation’s mission is to eliminate preventable death and disability from heart disease and stroke and to support and care for those living with these life-changing conditions.

Your donation will make a real difference to people and families affected by heart disease and stroke.

Thank you for visiting my page and for your support.

Saving hearts

Tuesday 5th Aug
Heart health is something we often take for granted — until life reminds us just how precious every heartbeat is. For me, supporting the Irish Heart Foundation isn’t just about raising funds; it’s about giving back, creating awareness, and honouring the people and families affected by heart disease and stroke every single day.

The Irish Heart Foundation does incredible work across Ireland — from providing vital support services for survivors and their families, to funding research, to educating communities about prevention and healthy living. Their impact is felt quietly but powerfully in homes, schools, and hospitals around the country.

I chose to raise money for this cause because heart health has touched my life personally. (Here you can add your story — for example: a loved one who battled heart disease, your own experience, or why this cause matters to you personally.) It’s a reminder that heart conditions don’t discriminate — they can affect anyone, at any age.

By fundraising, I hope not only to help support the Foundation’s vital programs but also to spread awareness. Every donation, no matter how small, makes a difference: it funds research, it provides support groups, and it educates people on how to protect their hearts for the future.

If you can, please consider supporting my fundraiser. Together, we can help save lives, one heartbeat at a time.
