Ran 5k in wicklow, new area was beautiful.

Friday 14th Feb
Valentines day, a day where all you see is hearts. This year I started thinking more about the heart, the organ and why im running. A 5k on Valentines day seemed fitting.

There is a benefit to getting out of the house to walk...

Friday 7th Feb
Day 6 I didn't do anything. Day 7, I rent on a run. I'm starting to enjoy running more by doing this

Wednesday 5th Feb
I chose to walk around Dublin while completing an errand. Was a refreshing morning start

Day 4

Tuesday 4th Feb
Today was a rest day. Well I had lectures but a rest from running. I enjoy these little blog updates. They give me a sense of direction.  Hoping to walk 5k tomorrow 

Day 3

Monday 3rd Feb
I surprised myself with how fast I could run a 5k. I'm glad I am able to run a 5k, and glad I can run for thr hearts that can't.

Sunday 2nd Feb
I went around thr town and the park near my house. Starting to appreciate the memories these spaces hold more as a go by them, around 15/100km done

My first day running was great, and tiring. I feel very motivated, Did more walking than running
