Running 100KM for a Heartfelt Cause ❤️🏃‍♀️

If you told me 2.5 years ago that I’d be running 100KM in a month, I would have laughed. But here I am, lacing up my runners for a challenge that means a lot to me—running 100KM this February to fundraise for the Irish Heart Foundation!

I started running after moving to Cork, and it has completely changed my life. My first ever Half Marathon was right here, first anniversary with Cork, and through countless races and marathons, I’ve not only built endurance but also deep appreciation for the incredible people around me. Cork welcomed me with open arms, and through running, I found a way to connect, push myself, and give back.

Now, I’m taking on this 100KM challenge with my colleagues not just for fitness but for a cause that truly matters—supporting heart health. Every step I take is for those who need it most, and I’d love for you to be part of this journey with me!
