Day 12, 12 km cycle

Saturday 22nd Feb
Forgot to upload this but I presume this was after college managed to set some time aside for a short cycle of 32min at 12km.

Day 19, 8km cycle

Saturday 22nd Feb
Wasn’t feeling great as well since I was still sick, however tried to push a lil work out in and cycle so I stuck with 20min at 8km.

Day 18, 15km cycle

Saturday 22nd Feb
Feeling a bit sick so decided to cycle indoors for 35min, very intense must say sweat was sweatinggg, this amounts to 15km

Day 10, 4km

Day 7 indoor cycling of 17km

Friday 7th Feb
Decided to cycle today since my thighs are still sore from the 8k run the other day. This cycle was hot and tight, but so worth it and the 45mins flew by.

Day 6 day of walking 7.86km

Friday 7th Feb
Day 6 was a rest day by activating the muscles and joint in light pace walks.

Day 5 outdoor run 8.12km

Friday 7th Feb
Went a steady pace, and ran In peace, the weather was cool and the skies were dark and overall it was a great run. Two days later my thighs are still sore.

Day 4 30 min cycle 10km

Began by cycling indoors, thighs are tight but I feel great.
