My cold water swim journey.
Saturday 9th Nov Hi and thanks for taking the time to read this.I have always enjoyed heading West and swimming in the sea, but in March of this year, in the company of some wonderful friends, we decided to explore some other options in closer proximity. The last nine months have been incredible, swimming in local lakes and exploring the county and beyond. Lots of hidden gems out there. When I saw the Irish Heart Foundation Challenge I knew it was the motivation I needed to continue the cold water swimming well into the winter, so here goes! Best wishes to my fellow dippers, great opportunity to raise some funds for Irish Heart Foundation.
