Monday 29th Dec Another and last cold-water dip! This time in the Pyrénées. So fresh water from the mountains omg! I’m so happy to say I’ve reached my fundraising target and that I can help this yo make this world a better place 🥰 Still going, still smiling (even if sometimes it was a forced one 😅), all in support of the Irish Heart Foundation 💚 This challenge truly pushed me beyond my limits. I may look cheerful in many of the photos, but I can promise you... it was cold. I managed to stay healthy through the whole challenge until yesterday. A sore throat has finally caught up with me, but hey, it’s winter. The body slows down and becomes more sensitive at times. Despite that, every single dip made me feel more alive.
