This December, I’m taking part in 12 Dips in December for the Irish Heart Foundation. ❤️
I’m doing it in honour of my Nan, who had a heart attack two years ago — and thankfully, she’s still with us today. 💕
The Irish Heart Foundation does amazing work supporting people affected by heart disease and stroke, and raising awareness that can save lives.
