The Irish Heart Foundation’s mission is to eliminate preventable death and disability from heart disease and stroke and to support and care for those living with these life-changing conditions.

Cannot BELIEVE we are at Dip Number 9 ❤️ Down to Our Local Swim Spot at the Bull Wall 🌊 So Proud of my Best Pal Eims for Braving the Dip with me definitely the Coldest One to Date 🥶 what a Happy Wholesome Christmas Eve Eve 🎅🏼

Cold plunge with my Forever Cheerleader Linds in Helios Dundrum ❤️ Our Christmas meet up and Romanticising the ice bath with some no secco 👀 8 Down 4 to Go ❤️

Huge Change of Geographical Location for Dip a Seacht ❤️ During a Trip to Tallinn Estonia 🇪🇪 with my Bestie for the Christmas Markets we Braved a Dip at Iglupark Saunas in the Baltic Sea (it was in fact Baltic 🥶) 7 Down 5 to Go ❤️

Back to the Sea Dips in Brittas Bay still pretty rough after the Storm ⛈️ but managed a Quick One with my Skin & Blister ❤️

Dip number 4 in a 4 degree cold plunge 🥶 another night in Anam Sauna took a long time to heat back up after this one Supported by my ❤️

Switched it Up today and did 5 mins in the Cold Plunge at Anam Sauna in Rathangan at 4 degrees 🥶 much colder than the Sea 🌊 Supported by my SIL Méabh ❤️

Dip 2 of 12 in the Cove Greystones today with My Mam for Moral Support Absolutely Beautiful Swim Gorgeous Weather and Treats at Rise at the Cove Afterwards ❤️
