Annie, after being champion icebath maker, kindly joined me for my last 2 dips! Finally got out on the open water for these, water temp warmer than Annie's bath water but outside temp was brutal!

Two more ice baths during the Twixmas made by the lovely and evil Annie Fitzsimmons! She took to hiding the 30 second timer so these dips were a tad on the longer side 😠

Sadly the cove was too choppy this morning, so time for a frosty ice bath at home instead!

For our one group dip we had to improvise with an ice bath at home! Cold, but nice to have radiators so close by!

A slow start to 12 dips after getting back from the States! But have attempted to make up for it with a marathon 5 dip session at the plunge pool in Spideal! A very rainy and blustery day but a lovely few dips!
