For our one group dip we had to improvise with an ice bath at home! Cold, but nice to have radiators so close by!

A slow start to 12 dips after getting back from the States! But have attempted to make up for it with a marathon 5 dip session at the plunge pool in Spideal! A very rainy and blustery day but a lovely few dips!
