12 Dips in December for Grandad & me!
This December I’m taking part in the 12 Dips in December to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation & to raise awareness of heart health in Ireland.While I’m freezing my ass off during each dip, I’ll be doing it for my Grandad who is one of the healthiest people I know but has suffered with his heart health most of his life. I’ll also be doing it for me! I had a heart attack in October 2024 caused by a blood clot for a reason we still don’t know.
Heart disease can strike anyone, any age, any gender and any level of health. Get your hearts checked & be aware of the symptoms of heart attacks & strokes!
