Definitely the most challenging one for me. After 72 hour fasting I got cold quite fast. Couldn't fight the shivering 🥶. Managed to past 4 minutes though 💪 Thanks for supporting 👍

No Dip today and rather dry day 🧐 24h Holter ON. No worries. Nothing major happened. It's another way of being aware of your condition and my ongoing project to check and test myself before 50'. Stay bold !!! Stay in good health !!! Don't forget to check yourselves beforehand 💪💪💪 Nothing is more important than your own health. There is always another day tomorrow to do whatever you had planned for today 🔥🔥🔥

Not the best one 🫣 I was bit tired after work and probably I didn't let myself to settle dow a bit. I was trying to do a dip with my mother in Poland over the video call . Managed only 30 seconds. Tomorrow's another day 😶‍🌫️🥶💪 Thanks everyone for following and donating🙏🔥
