Last night we took on the ice plunge in kill. At least we could sit down

Tuesday 17th Dec
Back again in the cold plunge tonight. Was good to get back in after a while without doing one. Hoping to get some more sea swims in soon now that the holidays are coming !

Thursday 5th Dec
I was joined by my brother tonight and went to the ice bath in inchicore again. I don’t know how they did it but it was much colder this time when I went, I’m looking forward to the next one now!!

Monday 2nd Dec
Today I hit up the lovely Hotbox in Inchicore and used the ice bath, to say it was boltic is an understatement. Thanks to everyone who has donated so far you are all so amazing !!

We went to Clontarf for the first dip :)
