This is the second 100km since my widow maker heart attack on the 9th October 2024. 

I strongly believe that without the Irish heart foundation I would have struggled in my recovery. This time though I'm not doing Cardiac rehab at the same time, fingers crossed less calf pain.

Last year my team raised raised €2899, lets see if we can do better.
