Twas the night before September 1st
Sunday 31st Aug Hey everyone, I will walk 10k+ steps a day to raise money for the Irish Heart foundation. As someone who stopped exercising after having my daughter and eating healthy I ended up being on blood pressure medication and on a path where a heart attack or stroke was my future. Then I started Bodyslims which is eating healthy and walking 1 hour a day and it changed my life and I am no longer on blood pressure medication and am healthy with no fear of dying young. The Irish heart foundation is an incredible charity and one I looked to in my time of worry. I will walk 10K steps a day for September and beyond so if I can raise awareness or funding in any way that is my goal. Thanks for reading and step to it in September.
