Wednesday 10th Dec
We were up and in the water early this morning. What a way to start our Wednesday by dipping for hearts all around Ireland. Follow along on instagram and Facebook where we post videos of our dips daily.

Wednesday 10th Dec
One Dip Done and no frostbite yet. We dipped, we laughed, we pretended to be “hardcore”, and we survived Day 1 without turning into ice pops — a strong start for two cousins who normally complain when the shower is lukewarm. If every dip is this kind, we might even start enjoying ourselves.
