Icy Waters, Mighty Hearts ♥️ Two Cushens, Twelve Dips 🏊🏻♀️ Freezin' for a Reason 🥶
Hey everyone,
This December, I’m taking on 12 Dips in December with my cousin Ciara twelve freezing cold plunges to raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation! ❄️💪
This challenge is really personal to me. My grandad P.J. passed away from heart disease in 2011, and April 2024 I lost my uncle Donal Guinan to a sudden heart attack at just 48. Losing two men in my family has made the work of the Irish Heart Foundation so important to me. ❤️
The charity does amazing work from life-saving CPR training to research and support for families living with heart disease or stroke. Heart disease can affect anyone, and no one knows when they might need help.
Ciara and I will be braving the icy waters together, one dip at a time, sharing the chaos, the laughs, and maybe a few screams along the way! 😅
