The first 5 days of my 10,000 steps-a-day challenge are done ✅
Not going to lie — it’s been a bit of a shock to the system after 2 years of very little exercise while finishing my BA 🎓 But now it’s time to rebuild healthy habits AND raise funds for the Irish Heart Foundation ❤️

I’ll be honest… I haven’t been that active lately, and I’m ready to get fit again! 💪
Looking for walking buddies so we can meet up when possible and keep each other motivated!
